Zoe Summar Competes at TYR Pro Series Meet in Mission Viejo

This past weekend Excel Alumni and current Arizona State University swimmer, Zoe Summar, competed at the TYR Pro Series Meet in Mission Viejo, California. This multi-stop series of meets held by USA Swimming sees some of the best swimmers in the world come together and compete and continues Excel's tradition of sending athletes and representation at this meet as our own John John Lai competes at the previous edition in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Zoe competed in the 100 Breaststroke, 50 Backstroke, 200 Freestyle, 200 Backstroke, 200 Breaststroke, and 200 IM. Zoe earned second swims at finals in both the 100 Breaststroke and 200 Breaststroke finishing 18th and 21st respectively. Zoe also qualified for USA Swimming's Summer Junior Nationals in both events.
