Excel Wins 8 & Under and Region 1 Champs!
Congratulations to all of our swimmers who competed this last weekend in both the 8 & Under and Region 1 Championships. Our championship teams sure made us proud! We ended up sweeping the championships with first place finishes in the boys, girls and combined team scores for both meets. Congratulations to Addie Willard and Bode Mello for winning the High Point Awards and to Abi Brownyard for her runner-up finish. Congratulations also to Arden Ford for breaking the 23 year old 10 & Under 200 Breast record with a time of 2:58.07. Finally, congratulations goes out to Caroline Dealy who hit her Age Group Sectional cuts in both the 200 Fly and the 400 IM to earn her IM Hall of Fame Level 2. Level 2 means that she now has both the SES and the AGS cuts in EVERY event in her age group!
