The 2024 Beamon Toyota Meet of Champs this past weekend was an amazing event on all levels. 336 of our Excel swimmers swam just over 2,000 races and the atmosphere was electric. This past weekend saw Excel swimming in three different meets. First up, the Fred Lamback Para Meet in Cumming, GA where we had Emme Perry and Josh Strachan competing. Even though we are in the middle of short course season, all Para Meets compete in long course but that didn't slow these two swimmers down. Not only was this the fastest Fall Fest meet on record, Excel recorded the highest lifetime best races percentage of 82.2% in our history! Congratulations to Excel Aquatics' Southeastern team as they brought home the 2024 Southeastern Summer Champoinships. This marks our 4th consecutive title but it wasn't easy! Pushed to the very end by a strong Huntsville Swim Assoiciation team, our swimmers managed to build up a 70 point buffer by the end of finals on Sunday to secure the win.
